Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive HSE Engineer to lead health, safety, and environmental excellence across our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. You will serve as the safety champion on-site, driving a culture of prevention, ensuring rigorous compliance with both statutory and client-specific requirements, and managing the full lifecycle of project safety—from initial risk assessment to final incident reporting. If you are an experienced safety professional with a strong background in high-risk industries, we want you to ensure that every project we deliver is completed with zero harm to people or the environment.

Requirements:

• Policy Implementation: Translate corporate HSE policies into practical, on-site procedures that align with project specificities.

• Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive site inspections, perform detailed risk assessments (HIRAs), and ensure all control measures are effectively implemented.

• Incident Investigation: Lead thorough incident investigations, identify root causes, and drive the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Training & Engagement: Deliver impactful HSE inductions and daily toolbox talks to ensure every member of the project team understands and adheres to safety protocols.

• Compliance & Reporting: Monitor strict adherence to client and statutory regulations. Prepare accurate HSE performance reports, tracking KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

• Safety Culture: Foster a "Safety First" mindset across all project sites, leading by example and promoting proactive participation in safety initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional HSE experience. Direct experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, or large-scale Construction projects is mandatory.

• Certification: NEBOSH IGC or an equivalent internationally recognized HSE certification is required.
