Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite HR Operations specialist to anchor the people engine of Sira. In a specialized growth landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the hire and the precision of the system success is defined by "Organizational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize day-to-day people operations with the clinical precision required for Systems Design, Implementation, and Operational Problem-Solving. This role is designed for a "People Architect" who can blend "Systemic Grit" (designing structures to support rapid scaling) with the "Strategic Agility" required to manage multiple organizational priorities simultaneously.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Systems Governance

  • Sovereignty of Design: Design and implement structured people systems with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Scalable Infrastructure."

  • Operations Architecture: Manage day-to-day people operations, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a friction-free employee experience.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure high attention to detail across all HR functions, ensuring the "Source of Organizational Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Problem-Solving Logic

  • Operational Sovereignty: Solve complex problems within the people function, acting as the primary "Source of Process Resolution."

  • Task Architecture: Manage multiple competing priorities and organizational tasks, providing the "Functional Foundation" for institutional agility.

  • Growth Stewardship: Align people systems with company growth objectives, maintaining the "Source of Strategic Alignment."

3. Operational Integrity & Efficiency Power

  • Process Sovereignty: Audit and optimize existing HR workflows, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Efficiency."

  • Data Architecture: Maintain accurate and secure people data systems, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven people decisions.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize proven HR operations expertise to accelerate the "Onboarding-to-Performance" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Proven track record in People Operations or HR Systems management.

  • Technical Power: Elite ability to Design and Structure scalable people systems.

  • Location: Must be based in Lagos for onsite/hybrid operational support.

  • Salary Range: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 monthly.
