Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite HR Officer to anchor the central engine of our Human Resources team. This role is designed for an "HR Architect", specifically a professional with at least 1 year of experience who can blend "Organizational Grit" (maintaining accurate HR databases) with the "Technical Agility" required to master Microsoft Office and Payroll Documentation.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Acquisition Governance
Sovereignty of Sourcing: Draft and post job advertisements with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Talent Attraction."
Screening Architecture: Shortlist candidates and coordinate with hiring managers, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a high-fidelity recruitment funnel.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Safety" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Engagement Logic
Relational Sovereignty: Maintain positive employee relations through surveys and feedback mechanisms, acting as the primary "Source of Workplace Harmony."
Logistics Architecture: Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications, providing the "Functional Foundation" for a professional employer brand.
Record Stewardship: Maintain accurate HR databases and employee records, maintaining the "Source of Information Integrity."
3. Operational Integrity & Fiscal Power
Compensation Sovereignty: Assist in payroll processing and manage benefits records, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Reliability."
Administrative Architecture: Provide comprehensive support to the HR team, providing the "Relational Foundation" for optimized departmental throughput.
Velocity Logic: Utilize proven HR experience to accelerate the "Recruit-to-Onboard" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an HR role or related field.
Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Location: Must reside within Surulere, Ilupeju, Yaba, Ketu, Ojota, Shomolu, Bariga, or surrounding areas.
