Job Description:

• The HR Officer will provide strategic and operational HR support to assigned business units, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies.
• This role is responsible for driving core HR processes, supporting workforce expansion, and enhancing employee experience within a fast-paced environment.
• This is a contract role designed to strengthen HR delivery capacity during a period of growth and transformation.

Responsibilties

• Partner with business leaders to deliver aligned HR solutions
• Support end-to-end recruitment to meet hiring targets
• Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Manage employee relations issues professionally and efficiently
• Implement HR policies and ensure operational excellence
• Provide HR insights and reporting to support decision-making
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• 5 – 8 years HR experience, including Business Partnering
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment (e.g., financial services, fintech, or technology).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Improved employee engagement and reduced employee relations issues
