Job Description:
Human Resources Management:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and documentation tailored to the company’s operations.
- Set up recruitment processes, including job adverts, screening, interviews, onboarding, and orientation.
- Manage employee relations, address misconduct, and support disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, payroll data, and attendance reports.
- Design performance management systems, including KPIs, scorecards, and appraisal templates.
- Coordinate staff training programs, learning sessions, and capacity-building initiatives.
- Support management in creating a healthy work environment and strong company culture.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company standards, and statutory HR practices.
Sales Structure & Operations Support:
- Work with the sales team to create clear sales processes, documentation, and performance metrics.
- Develop incentive structures, performance trackers, and reporting templates for sales activities.
- Maintain updated records of leads, sales pipelines, and agent performance in collaboration with the sales manager.
- Support sales onboarding, training, and role clarification to drive productivity.
- Monitor the adherence of sales teams to company policies and operational guidelines.
- Assist leadership in building a results-driven sales culture through accountability tools and reporting frameworks.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee office administration, filing, documentation, and workflow systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR and sales performance reports.
- Manage communication between HR, sales, and management for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of HR strategy, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience supporting or managing sales teams is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, implement systems, and provide strategic support to management.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably within real estate, sales-driven, or fast-paced environments.
