Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite HR Generalist to anchor the operational and personnel engine of our manufacturing facility. In the complex industrial landscape, success is defined by **"Human Capital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize staff development with the clinical precision required for Regulatory Compliance (ITF/NSITF), Fleet Logistics, and Office Governance. This role is designed for an "Administrative Architect" with 3–5 years of manufacturing experience who can blend "Operational Grit" (managing vehicle maintenance and fuel records) with the "Strategic Agility" required to drive onboarding, training, and policy implementation.
Requirements:
1. Personnel Orchestration & HR Governance
Lifecycle Sovereignty: Manage the end-to-end employee journey, from onboarding to development, acting as the primary "Source of Talent Integration."
Record Architecture: Maintain high-fidelity filing systems and update employee databases with millimetric focus, providing the "Structural Foundation" for personnel data integrity.
Compliance Stewardship: Ensure 100% adherence to NSITF regulations and ITF reimbursement processes, ensuring the "Source of Statutory Standing" is elite.
2. Operational Resilience & Administrative Logic
Office Sovereignty: Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks, acting as the primary "Source of Workflow Continuity."
Logistics Architecture: Oversee company vehicles, including maintenance scheduling and fuel consumption records, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for fleet efficiency.
Event Stewardship: Coordinate high-stakes meetings, appointments, and corporate events, maintaining the "Source of Professional Coordination."
3. Resource Integrity & Performance Power
Policy Sovereignty: Implement procedures to ensure the efficient use of company resources, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Discipline."
Reporting Architecture: Assist in the preparation of high-fidelity reports and presentations, providing the "Visual Foundation" for executive visibility.
Execution Logic: Utilize 3–5 years of manufacturing expertise and advanced MS Excel skills to prioritize tasks and solve problems, maximizing the "Source of Organizational Velocity."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: HND or BSc in a related field (CIPMN or other HR certifications are high-value strategic advantages).
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience specifically within a manufacturing company.
Technical Mastery: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel for reporting and tracking.
