Job Description:
In this senior role, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle from talent acquisition and performance management to policy development and day-to-day office administration. Requirements:
Strategic HR Leadership: Oversee daily HR functions, including the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with company goals.
Talent Management: Spearhead the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent.
Performance & Welfare: Coordinate staff training, professional development programs, performance appraisals, and employee welfare initiatives to foster a high-performing culture.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the company remains fully compliant with all labor laws and statutory regulations.
Office Administration: Supervise all administrative operations to ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient workplace environment.
Conflict Resolution: Act as a professional mediator for disciplinary matters and workplace conflicts, ensuring a fair and equitable environment for all staff.
Management Support: Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and long-term organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: A strong educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of proven work experience in HR and Administrative management.
Technical Skills: Deep expertise in labor law compliance, performance management systems, and office administration.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills; ability to manage complex administrative workflows effectively.
Certifications: Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) are a distinct advantage.
