Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent management initiatives.
- Manage employee performance appraisal processes and career development programs.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee payroll administration, leave management, and employee records.
- Manage office administration, facilities, procurement, and general support services.
- Develop and monitor HR and administrative budgets.
- Provide strategic HR support to management and departmental heads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR and Administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and office administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
