Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent management initiatives.
  • Manage employee performance appraisal processes and career development programs.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee payroll administration, leave management, and employee records.
  • Manage office administration, facilities, procurement, and general support services.
  • Develop and monitor HR and administrative budgets.
  • Provide strategic HR support to management and departmental heads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR and Administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and office administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
