Job Description:

Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
- Must be ready to resume immediately.
- Candidates living in close proximity to the location are preferred.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualifications - B.Sc / HND in a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience as an HR/ Administrator, preferably in a manufacturing, recycling, or fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) are an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and best practices.
- Experience with HRMS and HR software is an advantage.
Salary
