Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Hotel Operations Supervisor to take charge of our daily hotel functions. As the operational heartbeat of the property, you will be responsible for synchronizing our front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and security teams. This role is perfect for an organized leader who is passionate about delivering 5-star guest experiences and maintaining high operational standards through effective team management and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate cross-departmental operations to ensure a seamless guest journey from check-in to check-out.

• Service Excellence: Act as the primary point of resolution for guest concerns, ensuring all feedback is handled with professionalism and empathy.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous, regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to uphold our brand’s cleanliness and maintenance standards.

• Team Leadership: Oversee staff scheduling, onboarding, and training. You will be responsible for monitoring individual performance and fostering a culture of accountability.

• Inventory & Compliance: Monitor operational stock levels, manage shortages, and ensure the hotel remains fully compliant with all health, safety, and security regulations.

• Management Reporting: Prepare detailed operational reports for senior management and provide actionable insights to hit occupancy and revenue targets.

• Crisis Management: Serve as the first responder for emergency situations, making decisive, corrective actions to ensure guest and staff safety.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND, or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Proven experience in hotel operations, hospitality supervision, or a similar high-volume service role.
