Job Description:

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable healthcare organization for a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant. You will play a vital role in the daily operations of our facility, working closely with nurses and other medical professionals to provide high-quality care. This is a position for a patient-centered individual who is committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for those in need of medical support.

Requirements:

• Clinical Support: Assist nurses and healthcare professionals with daily patient care activities, ensuring all clinical tasks are performed to the highest standard.

• Patient Monitoring: Closely observe patients, identifying and reporting any changes in their condition to the medical staff immediately.

• Facility Maintenance: Ensure that all patient areas are kept clean, organized, and strictly compliant with facility safety and hygiene standards.

• Patient Mobility: Safely assist in the transport and positioning of patients as required.

• Operational Assistance: Perform various support duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the healthcare department.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of SSCE, OND, NCE, HND, or B.Sc Degree in a health-related field.

• Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting is considered a strong advantage.
