Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Wealth Management and Investment Advisory to lead our investment business in Lagos. You will be the primary strategist responsible for growing our Assets Under Management (AUM), defining our market approach, and delivering sophisticated financial solutions to our high-value clientele. This is a leadership role for a seasoned professional with a robust network among HNIs, corporate, and institutional investors. Requirements:

• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive aggressive AUM growth, client retention, and revenue generation.

• Business Development: Spearhead the acquisition of HNI, corporate, and institutional clients through strategic relationship building and networking.

• Advisory Leadership: Provide expert-level investment advisory services, covering fixed income, mutual funds, structured products, and alternative investments.

• Senior Relationship Management: Serve as the senior point of contact for our most strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional service and tailored solutions.

• Product & Business Expansion: Collaborate on investment product development, structuring, and marketing initiatives to broaden our service offering.

• Market Intelligence: Provide the Board and Executive team with strategic insights, competitive analysis, and market intelligence to drive business growth.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and foster a culture of excellence within the Wealth Management team.

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure absolute adherence to SEC regulations, AML/KYC policies, and the highest industry standards of professional ethics.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 8–10 years of senior-level experience in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Asset Management, Private Banking, or Capital Markets.

• Professional Advantage: Possession of certifications such as CFA, CIS, ACA, or an MBA is highly preferred.
