Job Description:
We are seeking a high-level, visionary Head of Sales & Strategic Partnerships to lead our revenue growth and market expansion. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for securing high-value commercial and residential projects while cultivating long-term strategic alliances with top-tier architects, real estate developers, and corporate clients. You will define our market strategy, lead our sales force, and ensure our bespoke manufacturing capabilities align seamlessly with the demands of the premium market.
Requirements:
Strategic Business Development: Identify and penetrate high-growth segments, including luxury residential, hospitality, and corporate sectors. Drive market share growth by identifying leads and closing high-value contracts for bespoke manufacturing and turnkey interior design solutions.
Partnership & Alliance Management: Build and nurture a robust "referral ecosystem." Represent the brand at high-profile industry exhibitions, design weeks, and trade shows to foster C-suite relationships and launch effective partner incentive programs.
Sales Leadership & Team Management: Oversee and scale our sales and design-consultancy teams. Set and track performance-driven KPIs. Collaborate closely with Production and Logistics to maintain premium quality standards and mentor staff in "consultative selling" techniques—shifting the focus from product units to selling elevated spaces and unique experiences.
Market Intelligence & Brand Positioning: Conduct continuous analysis of industry trends, competitor pricing, and market shifts. Partner with the Marketing department to refine our brand’s value proposition, positioning our company at the forefront of craftsmanship and design innovation in the Nigerian market.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification is considered a significant advantage.
Experience: A minimum of 8–10 years of professional sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role within the Furniture, Luxury Interior Design, or Real Estate Development industry.
Skills:
Proven track record of high-stakes negotiation and closing large-scale commercial or residential project deals.
Exceptional relationship management skills with a established network of architects, developers, and corporate decision-makers.
Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and translate them into actionable sales strategies.
Leadership capabilities to mentor, motivate, and manage high-performing sales and design teams.
