We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- We are looking for a Head of Revenue to lead our commercial growth and strengthen our market presence.
- The Head of Revenue will be responsible for driving the company’s revenue growth while ensuring a consistent and predictable sales pipeline. This role combines hands-on selling, strategic leadership, and sales process management.
- The successful candidate will lead the sales team, close high-value deals, and ensure the company consistently meets its revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Sales Execution:
- Own and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Personally close strategic and high-value client accounts.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline (minimum 3× monthly revenue target).
- Ensure pricing discipline, strong proposal quality, and timely follow-up with prospects.
Sales Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage Media Sales Executives.
- Set individual and team sales targets and track performance.
- Provide coaching and support to improve sales effectiveness and closing rates
Sales Process & Reporting:
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure consistent usage across the sales team.
- Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Strengthen adherence to sales processes and performance tracking.
Strategic Commercial Development:
- Identify growth opportunities across key industries and target markets.
- Develop strategies to increase client acquisition and retention.
- Work with marketing and operations teams to improve market positioning and revenue generation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Finance to ensure efficient invoicing, payment tracking, and commission processes.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth campaign execution and client delivery.
- Support People & Culture on sales recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achieve at least 95% of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain a sales pipeline at minimum 3× monthly revenue targets.
- Close high-value strategic deals representing ≥30% of monthly revenue targets.
- Deliver sales forecasts with at least 90% accuracy.
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of sales experience, with a strong record of revenue generation.
- Experience in media, advertising, OOH, digital signage, or technology-enabled services is highly desirable.
