Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Head of Human Resources to anchor the strategic and cultural engine of our Lagos operations. This role is designed for a "People Architect", specifically a senior professional with 7–10 years of managerial experience and mandatory CIPM certification who can blend "Commercial Grit" (aligning HR strategy with aggressive business objectives) with the "Operational Agility" required to lead organizational development in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Strategic Governance
