We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The Head of Business Development leads growth by identifying market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding revenue streams, requiring strategic vision and strong relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
• Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new markets, customer segments, and product/service opportunities.
• Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers.
• Revenue Generation: Lead initiatives to increase sales, profitability, and market share.
• Negotiations & Deals: Oversee contract negotiations, proposals, and deal closures to ensure favorable terms.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the business development team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, credit,product, and operations teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience.
