Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically elite Head of Audit to anchor the integrity engine of our organization. In the specialized landscape of senior corporate leadership, success is defined by "Governance Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex branch operations with the clinical precision required for Financial Auditing, Procurement Oversight, and Regulatory Compliance. This role is designed for a "Systems Architect" who can blend "Analytical Grit" (evaluating financial records and inventory) with the "Strategic Agility" required to define new processes and influence decision-making at the executive level.

Requirements:

1. Governance Orchestration & Risk Strategy

• Audit Sovereignty: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive audit plans across finance and operations, acting as the primary "Source of Internal Integrity."

• Risk Architecture: Evaluate processes and identify systemic risks across all branches, providing the "Structural Foundation" for strengthened controls and performance.

• Strategic Stewardship: Partner with executive management to safeguard company assets, ensuring the "Source of Strategic Decision-Support" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Financial Logic

• Fidelity Sovereignty: Conduct high-level audits on financial records, procurement, and inventory, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Accuracy."

• Compliance Architecture: Ensure company-wide adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for operational excellence.

• Insight Stewardship: Prepare and present actionable reports to leadership, maintaining the "Source of Operational Clarity."

3. Leadership Integrity & Talent Power

• Mentorship Sovereignty: Lead and develop the audit team, acting as the primary "Source of Professional Excellence."

• Culture Architecture: Build and sustain a culture of accountability and rigor, providing the "Visual Foundation" for a high-performing audit function.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Extensive audit experience, including proven leadership of audit teams in complex/retail environments.

• Certification: Professional qualification is mandatory (ICAN, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).

• Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills.

• Leadership: Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
