Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically elite Head of Banking Operations to anchor the institutional engine of our Lagos-based operations. In the specialized landscape of Nigerian financial services, success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex treasury functions with the clinical precision required for FX Management, Cashflow Optimization, and Financial Instrument Governance. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with 2–3 years of proven managerial experience in a financial institution who can blend "Technical Grit" (managing ERP and CRM systems) with the "Strategic Agility" required to navigate regulatory and compliance standards.

Requirements:

1. Treasury Orchestration & Governance

• Liquidity Sovereignty: Oversee treasury and cashflow management with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Solvency."

• FX Architecture: Manage foreign exchange (FX) operations and diverse financial instruments, providing the "Structural Foundation" for currency risk mitigation.

• Compliance Stewardship: Ensure all operations align strictly with regulatory, statutory, and financial industry standards, ensuring the "Source of Legal Integrity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Analytical Logic

• Reporting Sovereignty: Drive high-fidelity financial analysis and reporting, acting as the primary "Source of Executive Visibility."

• System Architecture: Master the use of financial software, CRM systems, and ERP tools to optimize workflows, providing the "Digital Foundation" for operational transparency.

• Accounting Stewardship: Monitor all accounting data including sales revenues and liabilities, maintaining the "Source of Fiscal Truth."

3. Operational Integrity & Leadership Power

• Managerial Sovereignty: Lead and develop the operations team, acting as the primary "Source of Professional Standards."

• Risk Architecture: Identify and resolve operational discrepancies in real-time, providing the "Functional Foundation" for loss prevention.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize managerial expertise to streamline the end-to-end banking process, maximizing the "Source of Institutional Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 2 – 3 years of proven work experience in a managerial role within a financial institution.

• Education: Degree from an accredited institution; additional professional certifications are a strong advantage.

• Tech Mastery: High proficiency in ERP Tools, CRM Systems, and specialized financial software.

• Knowledge Base: Expert understanding of Treasury, FX, Cashflow, and Financial Analysis.
