We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic Growth / Product Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, optimize product performance, and expand our market reach within the financial services sector.
• This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who combines strategic thinking with data insight and a strong understanding of financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve business objectives and performance KPIs.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities through data-driven insights.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle—from concept to market launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing) to enhance product adoption and efficiency.
• Analyze customer acquisition, retention, and revenue data to guide strategic decisions.
• Support go-to-market initiatives and ensure seamless alignment between online and offline channels.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product and growth strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. (CFA, CFP, or relevant certifications are an advantage.)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product or growth management within the financial or fintech sector.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies is an added advantage.
