Job Description:
- We are a diagnostic center seeking a proactive and analytical Business Development & Growth Manager to drive patient volume, increase revenue, and strengthen our market position.
- The role involves evaluating our current business performance, conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies that translate into measurable sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase patient numbers and revenue
- Identify and build partnerships with hospitals, HMOs, clinics, and corporate organizations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide pricing and service offerings
- Assess current business operations and recommend improvements
- Carry out feasibility studies for new services or expansion opportunities
- Track performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- MBA is an added advantage
- 3–6 years experience in Business Development, Growth, Strategy, or Marketing (healthcare experience is a strong advantage)
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly preferred
- Proven ability to generate leads and drive revenue
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Self-driven and results-oriented
Experience:
- Business Management: 4 years (Required)
- Market Research & Analysis: 4 years (Required)

Compensation, Benefits & Incentives
Competitive Salary: N200,000 – N400,000 monthly (based on experience).
Bonus tied to:
- Patient volume increase
- Revenue targets
- Number of partnerships closed.
