We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The Group Cost Optimisation Manager leads the identification and implementation of sustainable cost-saving initiatives across the Group.
• This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to align cost efficiencies with strategic financial goals, delivers actionable insights through data analysis and reporting, and ensures accurate expense tracking and allocation.
• The ideal candidate combines financial acumen with strategic oversight to drive cost-effective operations and long-term value.

Responsibilities:

• Leads cost optimisation process to identify sustainable cost-saving opportunities and assess their financial impact.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and entities within the Group to ensure cost efficiencies align with overall financial goals of the Group.
• Provides data-driven insights into cost management, highlighting trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Coordinates and proactively monitors all cost optimization projects by utilizing easy-to-understand, actionable reports and dashboards.
• Analyses expenses and cost transactions; ensuring that transactions are recorded accurately and assigned to the appropriate projects and departments.

Requirements:

• First Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• MBA or relevant master's degree.
• Relevant Professional qualifications (CFA, ACA, ACCA, etc.).
• Minimum of five (5) years’ cognate experience.
