We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Head and oversee all business operations and branch management across Smash Technology Limited’s brands and locations nationwide.
- Ensure that all branch activities are aligned with the company’s business goals, revenue targets, and strategic direction.
- Set performance targets for each branch and ensure they are achieved consistently, with strict monitoring of sales figures, client engagement, and revenue generation.
- Directly supervise branch managers and coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth business operations, client satisfaction, and compliance with policies.
- Lead cross-branch collaboration initiatives, ensuring uniformity in service delivery, operational processes, and brand standards.
- Monitor financial performance for all branches including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and expense control.
- Ensure that all branches generate profitable revenue streams, meet sales quotas, and contribute positively to company-wide financial growth.
- Provide regular and detailed reports on branch performance, operational challenges, and business opportunities to senior management and the CEO.
- Identify underperforming areas and develop corrective strategies promptly.
- Work closely with the HR department to oversee recruitment, staff management, training, and performance evaluations across branches.
- Maintain strong business development and client relationship management functions to support company growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of senior management experience in a multi-branch, multi-location business environmentwith proven experience managing multiple branches across a company or organization.
- Must have successfully led business operations across different locations and demonstrated capacity to meet revenue targets.
- Proven track record of managing nationwide branch operations and driving revenue generation.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams across different locations.
- Solid understanding of business development, sales management, and operational leadership.
- Excellent financial acumen including budgeting, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in business management software, CRM platforms, and communication tools.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while delivering on multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related fields.
- Master’s Degree or Professional Certification in Business Management is an added advantage
Salary
