Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and structurally elite Graduate Trainees to anchor the future instructional engine of Greensprings School across our Lagos campuses. In a specialized educational landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the learner’s progress and the precision of the teaching methodology success is defined by "Pedagogical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize academic theory with the clinical precision required for Student Engagement, Special Education Support, and Early Childhood Development. This role is designed for an "Instructional Architect", specifically a high-potential professional with a Degree in Education (or B.Sc/B.A with PGDE/NCE) who can blend "Educational Grit" (managing diverse classroom dynamics) with the "Analytical Agility" required to execute Special Needs Support and Continuous Learning.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Engagement Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Learner: Drive student engagement and classroom participation with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Instructional Impact."

  • Pedagogical Architecture: Implement learning strategies across Preschool, Special Education (Anthos House), or Learning Support, providing the "Structural Foundation" for academic growth.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Uphold strong ethical and moral standards, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Values" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Specialization Logic

  • Inclusion Sovereignty: Provide specialized support for children with Special Needs at Anthos House or across campuses, acting as the primary "Source of Inclusive Excellence."

  • Early Childhood Architecture: Utilize specialized knowledge in Early Childhood Education to anchor preschool development, providing the "Functional Foundation" for foundational learning.

  • Documentation Stewardship: Maintain excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in classroom management, maintaining the "Source of Operational Order."

3. Operational Integrity & Professional Power

  • Communication Sovereignty: Utilize excellent oral and written skills to liaise with students, faculty, and parents, acting as the primary "Source of Relational Clarity."

  • Team Architecture: Work independently and as part of a collaborative faculty team, providing the "Relational Foundation" for campus-wide synergy.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Continuous Learning and NYSC Experience to accelerate the "Trainee-to-Expert" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Pedagogical Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum Second-Class Lower Degree in Education or B.Sc/B.A/B.Tech with a P.G.D.E / PDE / NCE.

  • Preferred Background: First Degree in Early Childhood Education (Preschool) or Special Education (Anthos House/Learning Support).

  • Experience: Preferably 1 – 3 years of post-NYSC experience.

  • Age Range: 20 – 30 years.

  • Campuses: Anthony Village, Awoyaya, Jakande 1st Gate, and Ikoyi.

Core Competencies

  • Instructional Grit: Passion for working with children, especially those with Special Needs.
