Job Description:

Workium is seeking a creative, story-driven Graphics Designer to own our visual identity across every touchpoint. From high-conversion ad creative and sleek landing pages to emotional social media carousels and founder pitch decks, you will be the guardian of our brand. You will turn the daily reality of global relocation, visa sponsorships, and career placements into polished, scroll-stopping visuals that build trust and drive our sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who builds scalable design libraries in Figma while maintaining the artistic sensibility to tell human-centric stories through typography, color, and motion.

Requirements:

Brand Identity & Asset Creation

  • Comprehensive Design: Own the production of every visual asset Workium ships, including social media posts, blog headers, email banners, pitch decks, and landing-page hero images.

  • System Maintenance: Evolve and enforce Workium's brand system (typography, iconography, and illustration style) within Figma, ensuring consistency across all departments.

  • Case Study Design: Translate complex client wins, such as visa approvals and company formations into anonymized, visually compelling case studies.

Video & Multimedia Production

  • Short-form Video: Produce 8–12 monthly video edits (Reels/Shorts/TikTok) by cutting client testimonials and founder explainers in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

  • Interactive Support: Design promotional and "on-the-day" visuals for live webinars, AMAs, and Twitter Spaces.

Performance & Scaling

  • Ad Creative: Develop multiple variants of paid-social creative for A/B testing across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Templated Systems: Build robust Figma libraries and Canva templates to empower non-designers to ship on-brand content independently.

  • Collaboration: Partner with the Social Media Manager and Content Writers to ensure words and visuals work in perfect harmony.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience:

    • 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within SaaS, EdTech, FinTech, Recruitment, or Migration brands.

  • Technical Mastery:

    • Expert level: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

    • Video Editing: Confident in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (including captions, audio mixing, and color grading).

    • Bonus: Experience with After Effects or InDesign.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Visual Taste: A sophisticated eye for typography, hierarchy, and color (no "AI-slop" aesthetic).

    • Copy Sensibility: Ability to layout LinkedIn carousels where the narrative flow is as important as the design.

    • Agility: Self-driven ability to take a one-line brief and ship a polished asset within 24 hours.

  • Workspace: Reliable, high-performance computer (M-series Mac or equivalent), stable broadband, and comfort working asynchronously.
