Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating our brand message into compelling visual stories across both digital and print platforms. Working closely with our marketing and content teams, you will play a central role in shaping our visual identity and ensuring that every piece of collateral from social media posts to large-scale print materials is engaging, professional, and on-brand.

Requirements:

• Visual Content Creation: Design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, digital advertisements, and marketing campaigns.

• Brand Stewardship: Develop and maintain consistent brand identity and guidelines to ensure a cohesive look across all platforms.

• Print & Digital Collateral: Create a wide range of assets, including logos, banners, flyers, brochures, and corporate presentations.

• Collaborative Design: Partner with marketing and content creators to brainstorm and execute engaging designs that drive results.

• Production & Editing: Refine designs based on stakeholder feedback and prepare final, high-resolution artwork for print or digital publishing.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay current with the latest design trends, software updates, and industry tools to keep our brand modern and competitive.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (relevant experience will also be considered).

• Portfolio: A strong and diverse design portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical execution.

• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of industry-standard tools, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.

• Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.

• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

• Attention to Detail: An uncompromising eye for quality and accuracy in all design outputs.
