Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer & Multimedia Content Specialist to join our dynamic Real Estate team. In this role, you will be the creative heartbeat of our brand, responsible for transforming property concepts and marketing strategies into breathtaking visual narratives.

You are a "hybrid creator" who can pivot seamlessly from designing a sophisticated luxury brochure to editing a high-energy social media reel. You understand that in Real Estate, visual content is the first point of contact for a buyer; therefore, your work must be impactful, modern, and high-conversion. If you are a storyteller at heart with the technical grit to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, we want to see your portfolio.

Requirements:

1. Brand Architecture & Graphic Design

• Omnichannel Design: Create high-end custom graphics, infographics, and promotional materials for both digital (web/social) and print (luxury brochures/billboards).

• Identity Stewardship: Develop and enforce consistent brand guidelines, ensuring our visual identity remains cohesive across all departments, including the MD’s office.

• Campaign Visuals: Collaborate with Marketing to design compelling assets for property launches, seasonal advertisements, and corporate events.

2. Multimedia & Social Storytelling

• Video Production: Concept, film, and edit engaging multimedia content, including motion graphics and short-form video (Reels/TikTok/YouTube) that showcase our properties.

• Content Innovation: Stay ahead of design and social media trends, integrating modern approaches like 3D floor plans or interactive digital newsletters into our strategy.

• Multimedia Collaboration: Work with the Sales team to translate technical property features into visually digestible and exciting digital content.

3. Strategic Creative Operations

• Campaign Brainstorming: Actively participate in high-level strategy sessions, pitching innovative visual themes that drive audience engagement and lead conversion.

• Project Management: Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple design pipelines simultaneously, ensuring "Zero-Error" delivery under tight deadlines.

• Asset Management: Maintain a structured digital content library to ensure internal teams have rapid access to high-quality brand assets.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Content Creator (Experience in Real Estate is a strong advantage).

• Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in Video Editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut) is a significant plus.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Media Studies (or equivalent professional experience).
