We are looking for a creative Graphics Designer to bring bold ideas to life! This role is designed for a visual storyteller who can balance technical proficiency with a high degree of artistic intuition. You will be responsible for creating compelling visuals that resonate with our audience while maintaining strict brand consistency across all digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate is someone whose creativity flows best with a bit of flexibility and who can deliver high-quality designs with a quick turnaround.

Requirements:

Creative Design & Branding

• Visual Storytelling: Translate conceptual ideas into high-impact graphics for social media, marketing collateral, and internal branding.

• Brand Stewardship: Maintain meticulous brand consistency across all design outputs to ensure a unified visual identity.

• Brainstorming: Actively contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, offering fresh perspectives on design trends and visual strategies.

Execution & Delivery

• High-Speed Output: Deliver polished designs within tight deadlines without compromising on attention to detail.

• Trend Application: Apply a strong understanding of current visual trends, color theory, and typography to every project.

• Initiative: Work independently to manage projects from initial concept through to the final deliverable.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of SSCE.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Familiarity with Canva is considered a significant bonus.

• Core Competencies:

  • Artistic Intuition: A deep understanding of color theory, layout, and modern typography.

  • Efficiency: Ability to handle quick turnarounds and manage multiple design requests simultaneously.
