Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative Graphics Designer to join our team in Ikeja as a core visual storyteller. In a digital-first economy, a brand’s visual identity is its first and most lasting impression. This role is designed for a "Visual Architect", someone who can translate abstract project objectives into striking visual concepts that resonate with diverse audiences.

Your mission is to command the visual narrative of the brand. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle: from conceptual brainstorming and 3D modeling to collaborating with marketing teams and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Requirements:

1. Conceptualization & Visual Content Creation

• Creative Brainstorming: Develop unique visual concepts that align with project goals, ensuring the message is effectively tailored to the target audience.

• Multi-Format Design: Create a diverse range of assets, including logos, brochures, advertisements, and social media graphics.

• 3D & 2D Integration: Blend traditional 2D design with 3D elements to create high-impact, effective visuals for modern digital platforms.

2. Technical Mastery & Collaboration

• Software Proficiency: Utilize the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to refine and finalize high-quality designs.

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and marketing teams to translate project requirements into finished creative products.

• Iterative Refinement: Actively manage the feedback loop, amending designs based on critique to achieve the optimal outcome for every project.

3. Brand Governance & Quality Control

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual output strictly adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a unified identity across print and digital media.

• Cross-Media Testing: Rigorously test graphics to ensure they maintain quality and functionality across various formats (mobile, web, and high-resolution print).

• Final Pre-Flight Review: Conduct meticulous reviews of final designs for errors or inconsistencies prior to publishing or printing.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in a professional design role (Agency or In-house experience is an advantage).

• Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InInDesign. Experience with 3D design tools is highly desirable.
