Job Description:

Design & Creative Work:

• Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media
• Design social media content, carousels, and promotional materials
• Develop branding materials, including logos and brand identity packages
• Create website design elements and marketing collateral
• Work on executive-level design projects for high-profile clients.

Client Management:

• Design content for multiple client brands and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute creative concepts
• Ensure all designs align with client objectives and brand guidelines
• Maintain consistent quality across all design deliverables.

Technical Requirements:

• Use industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva Pro) efficiently
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, and best practices
• Deliver professional, high-quality artwork within established project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Reliable internet connection for remote work
• Professional design software access
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with social media design and branding projects
• Understanding of print and digital design requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1+ year of proven experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design capabilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with website design elements
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles
• Previous agency or consulting experience
• Brand identity development experience.
