Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Graphic Designer / Digital Marketer to anchor the creative engine of our Port Harcourt operations. In a specialized digital landscape where brand authority is dictated by the speed of content creation and the precision of the visual narrative success is defined by "Visual Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize graphic design with the clinical precision required for Short-Form Video, Social Media Scheduling, and Performance Tracking. This role is designed for a "Creative Architect" with 0–3 years of experience who can blend "Design Grit" (producing flyers, adverts, and Reels) with the "Strategic Agility" required to assist in field marketing and brand activations.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Visual Governance

• Design Sovereignty: Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, and promotional materials with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Aesthetics."

• Multimedia Architecture: Produce and edit high-impact short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), providing the "Structural Foundation" for algorithmic reach.

• Integrity Stewardship: Maintain 100% consistency with brand identity and color schemes, ensuring the "Source of Visual Recognition" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Market Logic

• Trend Sovereignty: Research design trends and competitor visuals, acting as the primary "Source of Creative Edge."

• Scheduling Architecture: Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Notion, or Canva to plan and automate content delivery, providing the "Functional Foundation" for consistent engagement.

• Activation Stewardship: Occasionally assist with field marketing and brand activation projects, maintaining the "Source of Real-World Brand Presence."

3. Operational Integrity & Analytical Power

• Reporting Sovereignty: Track content performance and prepare basic weekly reports, acting as the primary "Source of Data-Driven Improvement."

• Collaboration Architecture: Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas, providing the "Relational Foundation" for a high-sync creative team.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 0–3 years of creative expertise to resolve content roadblocks in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Digital Throughput" in Port Harcourt.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of SSCE, HND, or a Bachelor’s Degree.

• Experience: 0 – 3 years of experience (perfect for entry-level professionals with a strong portfolio).

• Software Power: Proficiency in design tools (Canva is essential) and content scheduling platforms (Meta Business Suite).
