Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Graphic Designer to anchor the creative and pre-press engine of our Abuja-based printing operations. In the specialized landscape of high-volume print production, success is defined by "Visual Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize innovative design with the clinical precision required for CTP/CTPC Output, Color Separation, and Technical Pre-flighting. This role is designed for a "Design Architect" with 2–5 years of experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (interpreting complex client briefs) with the "Technical Agility" required to navigate advanced workflows in Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW.

Requirements:

1. Creative Orchestration & Brand Governance

• Innovation Sovereignty: Create visually compelling designs for print and related media with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Aesthetic Authority."

• Consistency Architecture: Maintain brand integrity across all design outputs, providing the "Structural Foundation" for client identity.

• Input Stewardship: Provide creative recommendations to improve design quality, ensuring the "Source of Visual Excellence" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Pre-Press Logic

• CTP Sovereignty: Prepare and process artwork for CTP/CTPC output with absolute precision, acting as the primary "Source of Production Readiness."

• Technical Architecture: Conduct pre-flight checks to identify and correct formatting errors, providing the "Functional Foundation" for error-free printing.

• Optimization Stewardship: Ensure all files meet resolution standards and color separation requirements, maintaining the "Source of Technical Fidelity."

3. Operational Integrity & Production Power

• Efficiency Sovereignty: Optimize designs for cost-effective printing and material usage, acting as the primary "Source of Resource Optimization."

• Archival Architecture: Manage proper organization and archiving of design files, providing the "Data Foundation" for future project reprints.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Advanced Adobe & CorelDRAW skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maximizing the "Source of Creative Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Graphic Design or Visual Arts.

• Experience: 2–5 years within a printing press or pre-press environment.

• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.

• Domain Power: Strong understanding of CTP/CTPC workflows, color separation, bleeds, and trims.
