Job Description:

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to translate bold ideas into high-impact visuals across various media. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire design process—from studying briefs and conceptualizing original graphics to delivering polished, on-brand final products. You will work closely with our creative team to ensure every design communicates the right message and meets our aesthetic standards.

Requirements:

• Concept Development: Analyze design briefs to define requirements and conceptualize visuals that align with project goals.

• Design Creation: Develop high-quality illustrations, logos, and layouts using industry-standard software or hand-drawn techniques.

• Project Management: Schedule design projects, define budget constraints, and manage timelines to meet deadlines.

• Collaboration: Partner with copywriters and the Creative Director to produce cohesive, engaging final designs.

• Drafting & Review: Prepare rough drafts to present ideas, and refine designs based on feedback and testing across different media platforms.

• Aesthetic Quality: Select appropriate color palettes, typography, and layouts to ensure all graphics are visually appealing and strictly on-brand.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Portfolio: A strong professional portfolio showcasing a range of illustrations and graphic design projects.

• Software Expertise: High proficiency in design technologies such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Dreamweaver.

• Technical Skills: A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and spatial balance in layouts.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with team members.

• Efficiency: Ability to work methodically and maintain high-quality output under tight deadlines.
