Job Description:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in a fast-paced retail and printing environment. You will be responsible for translating ideas into high-quality visual outputs that resonate with our customers and meet professional production standards. The ideal candidate is someone who balances artistic flair with technical precision, ensuring every design is print-ready and perfectly executed.

Requirements:

• Design Creation: Conceptualize and execute creative designs for a wide range of retail and commercial print projects.

• Technical Execution: Prepare all files for print, ensuring perfect color separation, correct bleed settings, and optimal resolution.

• Workflow Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet strict quality benchmarks and deadlines.

• Print Production: Collaborate with the production team to oversee the transition from digital design to finished print product, especially for large-format and custom retail materials.

• Quality Assurance: Perform final quality checks on all designs to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and technical feasibility before they go to press.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on design trends, print technologies, and software updates to keep our output competitive and cutting-edge.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio demonstrating versatile design skills.

• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

• Printing Expertise: Solid, practical knowledge of print specifications, color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB), color separation, bleed margins, and large-format printing processes.

• Environment: Prior experience working in a retail, press, or high-volume print-production environment is a major advantage.

• Soft Skills:
