Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee Process Engineer with a background in Metallurgy or a related field.
• This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mineral processing, plant operations, and process optimization within a dynamic mining environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and optimizing mineral processing operations.
• Support the design, testing, and implementation of new processes.
• Work alongside experienced engineers to troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced mining environment.
• Familiarity with mineral processing equipment and principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
