Job Description:
- A Graduate Trainee supports different departments in the organization to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and understand company operations.
- The role combines learning and working, preparing the trainee for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in training programs and workshops
- Assist team members with daily tasks and projects
- Learn company processes, policies, and systems
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations
- Support administrative and operational activities
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments
- Receive feedback and apply it for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or recently completed) in a relevant field
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, email)
- Positive attitude and professionalism.
