Job Description:

We are seeking a commercially elite, team-centric, and operationally rigorous Global Sales Governor to anchor the growth engine and SME acquisition framework of our organization. In the high-velocity cross-border trade landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the sales cycle and the precision of the fintech-integration filter success is defined by "Transaction Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-end payment solution positioning with the clinical precision required for Market-Acquisition Architecture, Team-Performance Governance, and Fintech-Ecosystem Stewardship. This role is designed as an "SME Trade Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious sales leader who can blend "Sales-Grit" (mastering the complexities of B2B fintech/logistics) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Go-to-Market Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Team Sovereignty & Performance Architecture

  • Coaching Sovereignty: Lead and manage a squad of 5-10 sales representatives, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-High-Performance Throughput."

  • Field-Architecture: Conduct joint visits and field coaching, providing the "Structural Foundation" for deal-closing and objection-handling.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Track daily performance data and enforce sales activity standards, ensuring the "Source of Pipeline-Visibility" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Market Sovereignty & Trade-Growth Logic

  • Acquisition Sovereignty: Develop localized go-to-market plans for B2B merchant clients, acting as the primary "Source of SME Export-Momentum."

  • Strategy Architecture: Analyze sector-specific trade needs to provide tailored cross-border payment/risk-control solutions, providing the "Functional Foundation" for client growth.

  • Network Stewardship: Maintain a robust pipeline of B2B traders and industry associations, maintaining the "Source of Long-Term Ecosystem-Referrals."

3. Operational Integrity & Reporting Power

  • Reporting Sovereignty: Act as the strategic bridge between the frontline team and executive management, acting as the primary "Source of Market-Intelligence."

  • Process Architecture: Utilize data analytics to refine SOPs and refine sales strategies, providing the "Relational Foundation" for consistent revenue velocity.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Social-Media & Digital Acquisition strategies to accelerate the "Lead-to-Client" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Visibility Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales management (SaaS, Fintech, Taxation, or Cross-border Logistics) with a track record of leading teams of 5+.

  • Education: Associate degree or above.

  • Technical Power: Deep understanding of cross-border payment/FX/risk-control solutions; hands-on experience with digital/social media acquisition strategies.

  • Aptitude: Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
