Job Description:

We are seeking an intellectually rigorous and operationally ambitious Management Trainee to participate in an accelerated pathway toward institutional leadership. In a high-velocity business landscape where organizational momentum is dictated by the velocity of the operational feedback-loop and the precision of the decision-making filter success is defined by "Organizational Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex administrative tasks with the clinical precision required for Asset Governance, Financial Data Integrity, and Cross-Departmental Liaison. This role is designed as an "Executive Launchpad" a critical mission for an ambitious professional who can blend "Operations Grit" (mastering the complexities of inventory, procurement, and reservation systems) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Process Improvement.

Requirements:

1. Operational Intelligence & Asset Sovereignty

  • Sovereignty of Operations: Support day-to-day operations across multiple departments (Sales, Reservations, Procurement), acting as the primary "Source of Cross-Functional Throughput."

  • Asset Architecture: Manage the physical integrity of company assets, providing the "Structural Foundation" for operational continuity.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with all company regulations and health/safety codes, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Financial Integrity & Administrative Architecture

  • Fiscal Sovereignty: Maintain accurate financial records and prepare detailed operational reports, acting as the primary "Source of Data-Driven Clarity."

  • Documentation Architecture: Execute the rigorous preparation of documents and record-keeping, providing the "Functional Foundation" for executive decision-making.

  • Relationship Stewardship: Liaise between Managers, Supervisors, and senior staff to synthesize information, maintaining the "Source of Organizational Continuity."

3. Leadership Governance & Culture Stewardship

  • Resolution Sovereignty: Participate in conflict resolution and disciplinary hearings, acting as the primary "Source of Workplace Harmony."

  • Process Architecture: Utilize Operations-Toolkits (MS Office/Internal Systems) to streamline tasks, providing the "Relational Foundation" for continuous improvement and efficiency.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Leadership-Excellence expertise to accelerate the "Learning-to-Contribution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Managerial Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar administrative or operational role is preferred.

  • Technical Power: High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); skilled in financial reporting and documentation.

  • Aptitude: Exceptional organizational, time-management, and analytical abilities; a "Hunter" mindset regarding process improvement.

  • Logistics: Must be willing to work Saturdays and overtime when required.

  • Proximity: Candidates residing around the Airport, Isolo, Oshodi, and Ejigbo axis are strongly preferred for operational proximity.

  • Mindset: Proactive, ethical, and ready to maintain "Managerial Sovereignty" in a high-growth environment.
