Job Description:
We are seeking high-velocity and intellectually elite Management Trainees to anchor the future of our leadership pipeline in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. In a dynamic and fast-paced commercial environment, success is defined by "Rotational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize academic excellence with the clinical precision required for departmental transitions (Restaurant Ops, Finance, Supply Chain, HR). This role is designed for a "Leadership Architect" with a First Class or 2.1 Degree who can blend "Analytical Grit" (data analysis and process improvement) with the "Adaptive Agility" required to excel under tight deadlines and diverse mentorship.
Requirements:
1. Rotational Orchestration & Cross-Functional Logic
Departmental Sovereignty: Rotate through core business functions—including Restaurant Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR—to gain a "Full-Spectrum" understanding of company mechanics.
Operational Stewardship: Support day-to-day administrative tasks and report generation, ensuring each department acts as a "Source of Efficiency" during your tenure.
Process Engineering: Identify and assist in implementing process improvements, acting as a "Catalyst for Change" within established workflows.
2. Analytical Intelligence & Project Governance
Research Sovereignty: Assist managers with high-fidelity projects, research, and data analysis to drive operational velocity and informed decision-making.
Reporting Excellence: Present clinical reports and findings to senior management, translating departmental data into "Strategy Logic" for organizational growth.
Goal Alignment: Contribute synchronously to team objectives and company goals through active, "High-Impact" involvement in strategic projects.
3. Leadership Evolution & Behavioral Grit
Development Sovereignty: Participate in high-stakes workshops, training sessions, and elite mentorship programs to build a "Leadership Foundation" for future management roles.
Adaptive Diplomacy: Demonstrate millimetric flexibility and adaptability by mastering new roles and department cultures with professional poise.
Social Intelligence: Utilize strong character and social intelligence to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and hierarchical levels.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree / HND (First Class or 2.1 minimum) in Food Science, Accounting, Biology, Agric Economics, Supply Chain, HR, or related fields.
Status: Fresh graduates or those with limited professional experience; must have completed NYSC.
Location: Must be a resident of Port Harcourt or have secured personal accommodation in the city.
