Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and commercially astute General Manager, New Technologies to anchor our organization’s position at the vanguard of the digital landscape. Based in Abuja, you will spearhead our 5-year strategic vision for Cybersecurity and Cloud Solutions while leading our Research & Development (R&D) function. This is a high-impact leadership role for an executive who balances deep technical expertise with the ability to drive revenue growth, cultivate strategic partnerships, and foster a culture of radical innovation.

Requirements:

• Cybersecurity Leadership: Architect and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy. You will lead security operations, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management, ensuring our clients’ enterprise frameworks are resilient, compliant, and ahead of the threat landscape.

• Cloud Infrastructure & Growth: Own the cloud solutions roadmap. You will drive the delivery of high-performance cloud infrastructure, oversee complex enterprise migrations, and build powerful alliances with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to unlock new revenue streams.

• Innovation & R&D: Direct the R&D engine. You will identify emerging technologies (AI, DevOps, Automation), oversee proof-of-concept development, and lead the commercialization of new products that solve real-world enterprise challenges.

• Business Operations: Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations. You will own departmental budgets, performance targets, and operational efficiency, acting as a key advisor to senior leadership on technology strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, PMP) are strongly desirable.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in cybersecurity, cloud solutions, or digital transformation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
