Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber FX Sales Executive to drive our global liquidity and payment expansion. In the current financial landscape, success is defined by "Institutional Connectivity", the ability to bridge traditional FX markets with modern cross-border rails and stablecoin liquidity solutions. This role is designed for a "Strategic Dealmaker" with 3–6 years of experience who can navigate the complex regulatory requirements of fintechs, banks, and digital asset platforms.

Your mission is to ensure "Volume Growth and Market Penetration." You will be the primary architect of our partnership ecosystem: responsible for identifying new remittance corridors, negotiating high-stakes commercial agreements, and promoting advanced liquidity solutions to institutional partners. If you possess "Deep Market Intelligence," a mastery of B2B sales, and a strong grasp of VASP/IMTO regulatory frameworks, we want you to drive our international growth.

Requirements:

1. Partnership Architecture & Global Acquisition

  • Ecosystem Onboarding: Identify and secure strategic partnerships with banks, PSPs, remittance companies, and fintechs to expand our service footprint.

  • Corridor Expansion: Drive transaction volume growth across key international remittance corridors and FX routes, identifying new market opportunities in Africa and Europe.

  • Negotiation Mastery: Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements that ensure deal profitability and long-term partner alignment.

2. Liquidity Solutions & Digital Asset Integration

  • Stablecoin Promotion: Actively promote stablecoin liquidity solutions to payment companies and trading platforms as a modern alternative for settlement.

  • Institutional Customization: Develop bespoke FX and payment solutions for high-volume institutional partners, ensuring their specific liquidity needs are met.

  • Settlement Orchestration: Coordinate with compliance and operations teams to manage the end-to-end onboarding and settlement cycles for new partners.

3. Market Intelligence & Pipeline Governance

  • Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own and manage the sales pipeline from initial lead generation to final deal closure, utilizing data to forecast revenue growth.

  • Competitor Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to ensure our FX and digital asset products remain market-leading.

  • Strategic Expansion: Support product development teams in refining our cross-border payment rails to stay ahead of global financial trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: BSc/HND in Business, Finance, or Economics.

  • Experience: 3–6 years in Fintech, Remittance, FX, or Digital Assets.

  • Knowledge Base: Deep understanding of IMTO, PSP, or VASP regulatory frameworks.

Core Competencies

  • Analytical Prowess: Ability to evaluate complex FX markets and digital asset liquidity trends.

  • Relationship Stewardship: Exceptional skills in building trust-based relationships with institutional decision-makers.
