Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic Forex Brokerage team. This is a high-impact role designed for individuals with a deep interest in financial markets and a talent for building lasting client relationships. You will be at the forefront of our revenue growth, converting leads, identifying strategic partnerships, and providing exceptional service to traders. Requirements:

  • Sales Excellence: Actively promote our financial products to prospective and existing clients. Manage the full sales cycle—from daily prospecting and lead conversion to maintaining long-term account relationships.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance objectives.

  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market share. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including building partnerships with Introducing Brokers.

  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Provide actionable insights to management to refine our sales strategies and support client trading decisions.

  • Operational & Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on effective lead generation strategies. Maintain detailed records in our CRM, ensure operational efficiency, and assist with back-office functions when necessary.

  • Continuous Growth: Participate in ongoing training programs to sharpen your knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and sales methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in FX/Forex sales or a directly related financial services role.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) is required. Familiarity with trading platforms is a significant advantage.

  • Analytical Skills: An analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into client-focused solutions.

  • Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills. You are persuasive, articulate, and able to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.

  • Drive: A "hunter" mentality. You thrive in a target-driven environment and possess the resilience to handle the fast-paced nature of financial sales.
