Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and performance-driven Fund/Portfolio Manager to anchor the growth engine of our Lagos-based asset management operations. In a specialized financial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of asset growth and the precision of the risk-adjusted return success is defined by "Capital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize sophisticated portfolio construction with the clinical precision required for Business Development, Client Onboarding, and Market Analysis. This role is designed for a "Wealth Architect" with a Bachelor’s Degree (CFA/MBA preferred) and 5+ years of experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (prospecting and converting HNWIs and institutional clients) with the "Strategic Agility" required to deliver superior portfolio performance across multiple asset classes.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & AUM Governance

• Acquisition Sovereignty: Actively identify, prospect, and onboard new HNWI and corporate clients, acting as the primary "Source of Asset Inflow."

• Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain high-fidelity connections with prospective and existing clients, providing the "Structural Foundation" for long-term retention.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure all portfolios and acquisition activities are in full compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Investment Logic

• Strategy Sovereignty: Develop and execute bespoke investment strategies aligned with client risk profiles, acting as the primary "Source of Alpha Generation."

• Portfolio Architecture: Monitor and rebalance client portfolios across diverse asset classes, providing the "Functional Foundation" for wealth preservation and growth.

• Research Stewardship: Conduct deep-dive financial analysis and market research to inform high-stakes investment decisions, maintaining the "Source of Market Intelligence."

3. Operational Integrity & Presentation Power

• Presentation Sovereignty: Articulate investment strategies and portfolio performance to clients with elite storytelling skills, acting as the primary "Source of Investor Confidence."

• Risk Architecture: Ensure portfolios are well-diversified and aligned with internal risk management frameworks, providing the "Relational Foundation" for sustainable returns.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 5+ years of asset management expertise to resolve portfolio drift in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Capital Throughput" in Lagos.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business (MBA or Master’s is an advantage).

• Experience: 5+ years in portfolio management, wealth management, or asset management.

• Certification: Professional certification such as CFA is highly advantageous.

• Domain Power: Strong knowledge of financial markets, portfolio construction, and risk frameworks.
