Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team. This role is designed for a technically versatile "builder" who can navigate the entire development lifecyclefrom crafting seamless mobile interfaces and modern web frontends to architecting robust backend logic and managing cloud-based deployment infrastructure. You will be instrumental in building, scaling, and maintaining high-quality digital products in a fast-paced, modern engineering environment.

Requirements:

Front-End & Mobile Development

• Mobile Engineering: Build, refine, and maintain high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

• Web Interfaces: Develop responsive and intuitive web frontends using React, ensuring a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.

Backend & Systems Architecture

• API Design: Architect and manage scalable backend services and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.

• Database Integration: Design and optimize database schemas (SQL/NoSQL) to ensure data integrity and high-speed performance.

DevOps & Infrastructure

• CI/CD Ownership: Support and own automated deployment pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable software delivery.

• Cloud Management: Oversee cloud infrastructure and server environments, focusing on system uptime, scalability, and security.

• Reliability Engineering: Implement monitoring and logging to proactively maintain system health and troubleshoot production issues.

Product & Collaboration

• Solution Architecting: Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate product concepts into production-ready, technical solutions.

• Code Quality: Advocate for and implement best practices in secure coding, modular architecture, and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven track record as a Full-Stack Developer with a portfolio of live, scalable applications.

• Mobile & Web Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise in Flutter and React.

• Backend Proficiency: Strong capability in building server-side logic (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Go) and managing complex integrations.

• DevOps Foundations: Solid working knowledge of cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.

• Engineering Mindset:

  • Ability to build applications that are not just functional, but secure and maintainable.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for action and delivery.

  • Experience in a "builder" environment where you own features from conception to deployment.
