Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to take end-to-end ownership of our product development lifecycle. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance, and visually engaging solutions that drive real business growth. The ideal candidate is a versatile engineer who excels at bridging the gap between elegant frontend design and robust backend architecture, with a strong ability to translate high-level system concepts into functional code.

Requirements:

• End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain full-stack distributed systems that are scalable, secure, and user-centric.

• Architecture: Architect and implement both frontend website structures and backend web applications, ensuring high standards for code quality, performance, and uptime.

• Features & Infrastructure: Drive the development of new features and infrastructure, ensuring they align with rapidly evolving project and business requirements.

• Security & Auth: Implement robust authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms to secure our platforms.

• CI/CD & Deployment: Manage deployment processes using modern tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS), configure servers, and maintain automated testing pipelines.

• Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to transform requirements into technical specifications; conduct code reviews and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure the codebase is clean, modular, and maintainable. Proactively monitor application performance, error logs, and user feedback to identify and fix issues.

• Innovation: Stay current with emerging industry trends and technologies, applying best practices to keep our stack modern and competitive.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack development with a portfolio showcasing web applications and multi-stack projects.

• Frontend Proficiency: Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

• Backend Expertise: Proven experience with server-side languages (Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP) and deep understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

• Database & Cloud: Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle) and extensive experience deploying to cloud environments (specifically Amazon Web Services).

• Engineering Standards: Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and software design patterns.
