Job Description:

• Design and implement modern, high-performing, and responsive user interfaces.
• Translate complex product requirements into efficient, reusable frontend components.
• Drive technical direction and ensure alignment with our product vision.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular).
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and optimize performance.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization and mobile responsiveness.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to develop and refine product roadmaps.
• Communicate design ideas and technical decisions effectively to stakeholders.
• Contribute to UX discussions and usability improvements.
• Build new features that enhance user experience and drive product adoption.
• Keep up with the latest UI/UX and frontend engineering trends.
• Participate in product brainstorming, prototyping, and iterative testing.
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and knowledge-sharing.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to team growth.
• Participate in code reviews and technical workshops.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design.
• Good eye for design and knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git workflows, and agile practices (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and frontend performance optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Firebase) is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.
• A portfolio of shipped projects or GitHub contributions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency with React, Vue.js, or Angular.
