Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and professionally elite NYSC Member (Batch A, Stream I, 2026) to anchor the front-facing engine of our Abuja operations. In the specialized landscape of Nigeria’s capital city corporate culture, success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize guest relations with the clinical precision required for Finance-Adjacent Administration and Corporate Communication. This role is designed for a "Service Architect" who can blend "Relational Grit" (managing high-level visitors and enquiries) with the "Strategic Agility" required to support internal business and finance teams.

Requirements:

1. Relational Orchestration & Front-End Governance

  • Impression Sovereignty: Manage the reception area with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Representation."

  • Visitor Architecture: Coordinate guest arrivals and inquiries, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a seamless visitor experience.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure professional decorum at all times, ensuring the "Source of Corporate Standards" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Administrative Logic

  • Correspondence Sovereignty: Manage incoming calls and mail, acting as the primary "Source of Information Flow."

  • Finance Architecture: Utilize your Degree in Finance or Business to support basic internal accounting or administrative tasks, providing the "Functional Foundation" for departmental support.

  • Scheduling Stewardship: Assist in coordinating meeting rooms and office logistics, maintaining the "Source of Operational Excellence."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Status: Current NYSC Member (Batch A, Stream I, 2026).

  • Education: Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Location: Must be currently serving or seeking relocation to Abuja (FCT).

  • Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly professional in appearance and speech.
