Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, articulate, and highly organized Front Desk Officer to serve as the face of our organization in Abuja. As the first point of contact for our clients, partners, and visitors, you play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s image. The ideal candidate is a polished professional who manages high-traffic reception areas with grace, handles administrative tasks with precision, and provides warm, accurate support to everyone who walks through our doors.
Requirements:
Reception Excellence: Welcome all guests, clients, and applicants with a high level of professionalism. Ensure the reception area remains welcoming, neat, and organized at all times.
Communication Hub: Serve as the primary contact for inquiries. Screen and direct incoming phone calls, manage official emails, and provide accurate, helpful information regarding our services.
Documentation & Logistics: Receive, record, and track all incoming correspondence, parcels, and documents. Ensure timely distribution to the relevant staff or departments.
Administrative Support: Assist with office operations, including filing, data entry, printing, and photocopying. Support meeting and interview scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations.
Visitor Management: Maintain accurate visitor logs and appointment records. Direct guests to the correct locations, ensuring security and confidentiality protocols are strictly followed.
Collaborative Support: Partner with the HR and administrative teams to assist with specialized office tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Communication, Public Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a front desk, customer service, or administrative support role. Previous experience in a corporate or training environment is an added advantage.
