Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and highly organized Office Manager to lead our front office operations. In this role, you will be the face of our engineering firm, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient environment for our team, clients, and partners. This is a vital position for someone who thrives on structure, takes initiative, and excels at managing daily administrative workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Front Desk Operations: Act as the primary point of contact for all visitors, clients, and contractors, ensuring a polished and professional first impression.
Communication: Manage inbound calls, professional emails, and official correspondence with precision.
Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate appointments, team meetings, and complex schedules for engineers and management.
Facility Management: Oversee office maintenance, supply procurement, and relationships with vendors and service providers.
Documentation: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, project files, and administrative documentation.
Administrative Support: Assist with core HR functions, such as staff record-keeping and onboarding logistics.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 2–4 years in an administrative, front-desk, or office management role (experience in an engineering or technical firm is highly preferred).
Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration or a related field.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Organization: A structured approach to work with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Professionalism: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information with total discretion.
