We are seeking a warm, organized, and professional Front Desk Manager to be the welcoming face of our Lagos-based beauty brand. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing our service schedules, ensuring every visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive, and keeping our front-of-house operations running like clockwork. Requirements:

• Client Experience: Provide a warm, professional, and articulate welcome to all walk-in and scheduled clients, ensuring an exceptional first impression.

• Schedule Management: Orchestrate a complex multi-service schedule, ensuring efficient booking flows and minimizing downtime.

• Administrative Oversight: Manage digital communications and bookings across platforms like WhatsApp Business and Google Calendar.

• Operations: Maintain the front desk area to brand standards, ensuring a neat, welcoming, and organized environment at all times.

• Communication: Act as a central hub of information, ensuring both clients and service staff are perfectly synchronized throughout the day.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in front-facing customer service or a beauty salon reception role.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you must be naturally warm, professional, and articulate.

• Organizational Mastery: Strong capacity to handle multiple bookings and service schedules without error.

• Digital Literacy: Proficiency with smartphones and essential booking apps (WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar, etc.).

• Professionalism: A high level of reliability and punctuality; you are expected to embody the brand's aesthetic and presentation standards consistently.
