We are seeking a warm, organized, and professional Front Desk Executive to join our team. As the first person our clients, visitors, and partners see, you are the face of our company. Your mission is to create a welcoming environment, ensure our office runs efficiently, and provide the essential support that keeps our team connected.

Requirements:
Reception & Communication
Welcome Guests: Greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally, register their details, and issue visitor passes when needed.
Manage the Desk: Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and professional at all times.
Handle Calls: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the right departments.
Manage Inquiries: Respond to walk-in visitors, emails, and phone inquiries, ensuring messages are passed on accurately and on time.
Office & Administrative Support
Handle Mail: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
Meeting Support: Schedule meeting rooms, coordinate appointments, and help organize meetings, interviews, or office events.
Office Supplies: Keep track of office inventory and ensure we never run out of essential supplies.
Facility Oversight: Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, and facility providers to keep common areas clean and functional.
General Admin: Assist various departments with filing, record-keeping, and administrative tasks.
Customer Service
Information & Assistance: Provide basic information about our company to visitors and help resolve concerns or direct them to the right team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience: 3–6 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative role. Experience in a corporate office, automobile dealership, or the hospitality industry is a huge plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
Great at multitasking and keeping things organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
